Construction of a commercial building.This project involves construction of DCP & DP Authority building in Dubai Harbour. The development is expected to be completed by end of 2020.This Work is conducted by ASGC on the project will include the construction of two main cruise terminal buildings strategically positioned on a quay of approximately 1 km, in addition to service buildings, a central unit building with all associated fit-out works, external works, and all fixtures, fittings and equipment.With a combined floor area of 300,000 square feet, the project is the latest addition to the city's tourism infrastructure in-line with the Dubai Tourism Strategy 2020 that focuses on making the emirate the first choice for international leisure and business travelers.This major project will also include Dubai Lighthouse tower, shopping mall, events arena, residential buildings, hotels, offices and shops.Features of the lighthouse is a luxury hotel and an observation deck that offers 360 degree views. This project is facade will also be used as a gigantic screen for high resolution projections and light shows.
