The Dara A project will be located in the Northern part of Fox Hills in Lusail City in Qatar. The project is about Construction of (231) residential apartments spread over six blocks comprising single-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom and four-bedroom units. It reflects the modernity in design. The project will be executed on a total land area of 16,425 square meters, and includes the development of 4 residential buildings, each comprised of 5 floors of residential units and underground parking with a total project built up area of 51,037 square meters. Dara A project will include 271 residential units, 94 of which are one bedroom with areas ranging between 80-87 square meters, 139 two bedroom units with areas ranging between 107 -136 square meters and 38 three bedroom units with areas between 125-172 square meters, in addition to 365 underground parking. One of QatarÂ’s largest developers has started design work on hundreds of new homes in Lusail City, although any influx of residents to the long-awaited master-planned community is still years away. Dubbed Dara, has said its 147,000-square-meter project would be among the largest in the Fox Hills residential area of Lusail, portions of which are being developed by several different firms.
