The Dania District project will be located within the $817 million Midtown by Deyaar mixed-use development (Phase 2) at Meaisem 1 area in Dubai. Development of Dania District spans across a total area of 90,285 sqm, which includes six residential developments ranging from G+7 to G+16 buildings comprising 579 apartment units in varying sizes. Two buildings will consist of a basement, ground floor and (16) floors; one building will comprise a basement, a ground floor and (8) floors; two buildings consisting of a basement, ground floor and (7) floors; and one building comprising a basement, ground floor and (6) floors. The development spans across a total area of 90,285 square meters. Divided into (131) studios, (295) one-bedroom apartments, (143) two-bedroom apartments and (10 Nos.) three-bedroom apartments, the size of units range from 39 to 189 square meters and incorporate space optimizing designs increasing usable space and decreasing wasted area within a unit. A tender for the main construction contract will be issued in first quarter of 2017, with an award by July 2017.
