This project involves construction of Cleopatra Hotel on Plot No. 13100011 at Msheireb in Doha, Qatar. The hotel building comprising 3 basement levels, a ground floor, a mezzanine floor, 10 additional floors and a penthouse . The building automation involves lighting, ventilation, air-conditioning, security & technology services. The residences offer thematic luxury interiors and spacious closet spaces. The houses are all pre-equipped and pre-furnished with state-of-the-art eclectic furniture. Guaranteeing an omnipresent opulence and magnificence, the houses all feature beautiful infrastructures that ensure proper ventilation endorsing a healthy lifestyle. It is currently under design stage.
