The Cayan Cantara twin-tower will be located at Plot No. BT-A-009 on Umm Suqeim road, near Mall of the Emirates in Dubai. The project is about Construction of a twin tower, conjoined by a bridge, comprising a 38-story hotel apartment building and a 42-story branded residential building consisting of more than (700) units. The developer of the Cayan Tower, the world’s tallest twisted tower, will spend Dh3.5 billion on building three projects in Dubai and Saudi Arabia. The developer will commence sales in Cayan Cantara, a twin-tower development in Dubai, this week and will soon start work on two projects in Riyadh. It will includes a storey hotel-apartment tower and a storey branded residential tower, costing Dh1 billion.The project are mixing this formula particularly for this project and we see ‘smart’ investors are looking for high quality at very good prices. The project would be funded by a real estate fund, which will be managed by Shuaa Capital, an investment firm listed on the Dubai Financial Market.
