This project involves construction of Bloom Towers on Plot No. JVC10RHRA200 at Jumeirah Village Circle on Al Khail Road in Dubai. Construction of a residential complex comprising three towers, each consisting of (29) floors, offering a total of (944) apartments featuring elegant contemporary design, including (689) studios and one-bedroom apartments. Amenities include state-of-the-art gymnasiums, co-working space, a lap pool, private outdoor dining area, hammock area, male and female sauna and steam rooms, jogging track, lounge lobby, 24/7 security, concierge, event amphitheater, private theater, additional storage, water features and landscaping, as well as private parking. The enabling works contractor is currently mobilizing construction operations at site. The development is scheduled for completion in fourth quarter of 2020.
