Badr Tower Project - Jumeirah Village Circle
This is the project to develop “Badr Tower” on Plot No. JVC11YHRG001B at Jumeirah Village Circle in Dubai . The project covers the construction of a G+20 floors residential building spread over a land area of 1,945 sq.m covering a built up area of 32,708 sq.m. The project involves construction of a residential tower comprising: • A basement, • A ground floor, • Four (4) parking levels, • A health club • Twenty (20)additional floors. • HC level and • A roof A Local Contracting has been appointed as the main contractor. Enabling works are currently in progress. The scheme is expected to be completed by December 2018.
