The scope of work of this project involves construction of Apartment Buildings in Saudi Arabia - Phase 1. Each building comprising a ground floor and 5 additional floors . The campus capable of accommodating 18.000 students plus teaching and support staff (approximately 1,800 persons). The work also includes the procurement and construction of apartment buildings, mosque, dining and administration buildings, male apartment buildings, car parking structures and other works including grading, roads, storm drainage, electrical, potable water, sanitary water, fire water, chilled water, landscaping, hardscaping and telecommunication and catv/cctv system. Building works include the sector mosque building (4,385 m2), male dining, admissions and staff housing building (3,588 m2), male student dormitories block type a (8 buildings 1,550 m2/building), car parking structure building no.44 (12,561 m2), car parking structure building no.45 (12,616 m2) and the male area waste enclosure (4 buildings, 106 m2/building). The area of the site to be developed is 19.162 hectares. The total site development area is approximately 191,620 square meter, with approximate building floor area of 176,508 square meters.
