This project involves construction of Anwa Tower on Plot No. 08B in Dubai Maritime City and cover a plot area of 40,000 square feet. It will be built as a fitted residential building, with kitchens and bathroom equipment installed. Apart from 225 residential units ranging from studios to penthouses and townhouses. It will also have approximately 7600 square meters of retail area, landscaped gardens, gymnasium, infinity pool, kidsÂ’ pool, valet service, secure podium parking and play area and barbecue area. A piling contractor is due to be appointed within 3-4 weeks, with a view to that work completing by end of this year and Kele moving on site early next year. The scheme will be completed within 2 years.
