The project offers construction of a shopping mall comprising a ground floor, 2 floors plus roof. The venture includes the development of a 2-story shopping center situated at Jumeirah. It incorporates cellar level stopping, ground floor retail space (counting a unit for the Anchor market chain) just as first-floor and rooftop top workplaces. The project operates with professionalism and the highest standards of integrity. To preserve and enhance the AMSAF Mall, for the benefit of current and future generations, whilst protecting the Family enjoyment at all times. Local Building Contracting has been appointed as the main contractor. The development is expected to be completed by December 2019.
