Alar Hotel Project - Lusail City
The project involves construction of a 5-star hotel “Alar”comprising a ground floor and 13 additional floors. The project will feature 460 guest rooms along with a range of luxurious amenities including aswimming pool, spa, gym and collection restaurants. This project will be located at Lusail City in Qatar. Client is working in cooperation with a Real Estate Development on this development. Client had set a deadline of December 28, 2017 to submit prequalification applications for the main contract. (19) Companies have prequalified. A contract award is expected by the end of first quarter 2018. The hotel is scheduled for completion by second quarter 2021.
