This project involves construction of Al Salam Hospital at Al Khobar in Saudi Arabia. It will span on a plot area of 50,000 square meters and a total built-up area of 132,000 square meters, with easy access and healthcare services available to people in Dammam, Khobar and Dhahran. Al Salam Hospital is equipped with 495 beds and a 31.317 m2 parking area. It is privated owned speciality hospital promoted by Saudi At-Othman holding. This hospital complies with the most challenging international standards of quality in hospital sector, the building has been designed in BIM and low environmental impact solutions have been proposed to unify functionality, quality and environmental impact concern. This project was subject to strict national and stringent healthcare regulations and requirement. It will provide a healing environment through the use of warm, modern, sustainable and environmentally friendly materials that are typically only found in high-end hospitality environments and public settings. The scheme is being implemented in a joint venture.
