This project involves construction of Al Rahmania Mall on Plot No. 5453 at Al Rahmania-8 area in Sharjah. The project is about Construction of a new shopping mall. The Project, Al Rahmania Shopping Mall will be the biggest retail shopping Complex in the Rahmania area under Sharjah Cooperative Society. The location of the project was well chosen within the residential area to serve large community. The mall will offer a new experience to the residents of Al Rahmania with the introduction of considerable area for Super Market of wide choices, number of cafes and food outlets, gymnasium, clinic, home furnishing shops, pharmacies, kiosks and entertainment center with other related facilities. The project plot area is 36,068.10 sqm and the Mall built up area is 59,860.98 sqm comprising a basement, ground and mezzanine floor. The development is currently under tendering stage. It is understood that local Specialized Metal Systems is among the bidders for the main construction contract.
