This project involves construction of Al Messila Resort & Spa at Al Rayyan area in a prime location along the D-Ring Road (Doha Expressway) in Qatar. Construction of a five-star hotel comprising (130) rooms, including all five-star facilities such as a fine dining restaurant (ground + terrace), VIP Wellness Spa, Fitness Center, Kids Club, First Aid Clinic, (30) Villas, Gate House, Guard Room with reception/welcoming/information area. The aim of the project is to create an inspiring space for members and guests to focus on health and longevity, with enjoyment and fun interaction and education. In addition, and in order to encourage the long stay of guests, a number of other facilities have been planned to be developed, such as a 5-stars Hotel and a number of Guest Villas. Upon completion Al Messila VIP Resort & SPA would be the largest and most luxurious SPA in Qatar. Furthermore, the project will include fine dining restaurants, fitness and leisure facilities, mosque, ext. The plot area is approximately 132,000 square meters and the total built-up area would be approximately 50,000 square meters. The aim is to create an inspiring space for members and guests to focus on health and longevity, with enjoyment and fun, interaction and education. In order to encourage the long stay of guests, a number of other facilities have been planned to be developed, such as a 5-star hotel and a number of guest villas.
