Al Mamsha Mixed-Use Project
Al Mamsha in Arabic means “a pedestrian area”, is strategically designed with plenty of sidewalks, walkways, open spaces and perfect landscaping which complements to pedestrian-friendly residential property for sale in Sharjah. This mixed-use community will offer a lifestyle that integrates modern living, retail and leisure into a vibrant urban environment. This project will be located in Sharjah and positioned as its first fully walkable community. The three million square feet mixed-use project will have a built-up area of 9.3 million square feet and a retail floor area of 500,000 square-feet. Client has appointed to leading Contracting Company, a subsidiary of Al Hamad Group of Companies, as the main contractor for this project.
