Al Nahyan is an area named after the ruling family of the UAE, it has become a central part of Abu Dhabi's rental real estate landscape. Located in the heart of the city, the area is home to the Al Nahyan Stadium (also named after the ruling family) and neighbours the Al Karamah and Al Mushrif districts. This project involves construction of “Al Ketbi Tower” on Plot No. C-8, Sector E-25 at Al Nahyan area in Abu Dhabi and cover a total built-up area of 10,198 square meters. The tower comprises: • Five-level basement parking, • Ground floor, • Mezzanine floor, and Twelve (12) typical residential and office floors. The building is being owned by a local investor. Submission of bids is currently underway for the main construction contract. It is understood that a local Power Contracting is one among the bidders. An award is expected in August 2015. The project is anticipated for completion by December 2017.
