Al Dana Resort Project - Al Dana Island

This project involves construction of “Al Dana Resort” featuring a wide range of luxury villas in addition to an international-standard yacht club and a five-star hotel on the man-made Al Dana Island in Fujairah and cover an area of 157,937 square meters. It will include 358 Nos. three and four-bedroom villas, each with a floor area of 1 million square feet. Each villa will have a spacious garden, which will extend to the sea. It will also include: • Public parks with seating areas, • Play areas for children, • A range of restaurants and • Cafes offering the finest dining and refreshments as well as • Jogging tracks and • Other sporting facilities. The project is being built close to the coast of Dibba and offers a variety of vital facilities to ensure the highest degree of prosperity to the owners, having a yacht club and a world-class five-star hotel, providing all hotel services and amenities to the residents of this development. The project is located in the Gulf of Oman and specifically in the Sharm area near Al Aqah, which is characterized by the pure blue sea waters and many species of fish and turtles. The island is about 4 km away from other hotels and resorts, including Miramar hotel - Rotana Hotel, Le Meridien Hotel and Sandy Beach Hotel. Directly opposite the project stands the palace of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi as well as the palace of HH Sheikh Hamad Al Sharqi, Ruler of The Emirate of Fujairah.
