Al Dana Resort Project - Al Dana Island
This project involves construction of Al Dana Resort featuring a wide range of luxury villas in addition to an international-standard yacht club and a five-star hotel on the man-made Al Dana Island in Fujairah and cover an area of 157,937 square meters. It will include 358 Nos. three and four-bedroom villas, each with a floor area of 1 million square feet. Each villa will have a spacious garden, which will extend to the sea. It will also include: Public parks with seating areas, Play areas for children, A range of restaurants and Cafes offering the finest dining and refreshments as well as Jogging tracks and Other sporting facilities.
