Al-Burouj Mixed-use Development Project

This project involves development of Al-Burouj mixed-use scheme, located in Al-Shorouk City, northeast of Cairo near the proposed New Capital City scheme in Egypt. It will comprise 30,000 apartments and a convention center. The development comprising residential units, a convention centre, offices, retails and hospitality spaces.The project spanning over an area of 1,212 acres . The project includes a medical center over an area of 22,000 acres, an international school for primary, elementary, and high school education. The whole Alburouj advancement has been structured along conventional arranging standards of walkable catchments associating neighborhood and region focuses with bigger territorial focuses. The arranging standards guarantee all inhabitants are in strolling separation of nearby and provincial retail goals, stash and woods stops just as neighborhood mosques and the amazing mosque. It is being implemented by Capital Group Properties, an Egyptian real estate company owned by UAE's Capital Group and Al Ain Properties. It is understood that 12 contractors have been invited to submit bids for work on the first phase of this project. The deadline for this tender is expected to be in mid June 2016. The project also includes apartments, townhouses, and penthouses also include a cultural centre and a 70-acre farm for organic products.
