Engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract to build floating tanks and loading arms at depots in Ahmadi. This project is in Kuwait. Scope of work involves construction of: - Eleven (11 Nos.) external floating tanks with a capacity of approx 228,000 cubic meters. -Seven (7 Nos.) multi-product loading points - Substation control room - Fire-fighting facility - Automation system - Allied civil work - Interconnecting piping - Instrumentation and augmentation of drainage system - Associated civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works. EPC works for revamp of theScope of work includes engineering, supply and installation of following items: Anti-surge control system, analyzers, burner management system, flame scanner system, replacement of KV valves, field instruments, cables, strainers and other associated civil, mechanical & electrical works. Tendering and bidding process for the front-end engineering design (FEED) study contract is expected to be launched in the fourth quarter of 2011, with an award anticipated in the first quarter of 2012. Tendering and bidding process for the EPC contract is expected to be launched in April 2013.
