This project involves expansion of the 360 Mall in Kuwait. It will feature several new to the market retail brands, a five-star hotel, in addition to outstanding restaurants, a ballroom and a health club. Carrying out expansion of a shopping mall comprising a luxury hotel, new shops and a 7,600-seat tennis arena.The extension is expected to increase footfall by at least 30% - to over 18 million visitors. new 215,000 sf 360 MALL Extension will include a 5-star luxury, 261-room Grand Hyatt Hotel, new shops, and daylighting, trees & water features, a Tennis Academy, and the 7,600 people across two main arenas, each with the capacity to hold 4,000 and 1,600 people respectively, eight indoor courts with over 500 seats and eight outdoor courts with 1,500 seats. The 350 m-long and 7 m-high indoor Le Mur Vegetal hydroponic vertical garden circle is slated to be one of the longest greenwalls ever. With wall openings excluded, the approximate area of vegetation will be 1550 m2.
